Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association is a non-profit, professional organization that promotes the home building industry and its members by connecting builders, developers, associates and home buyers. Since our inception in 1943, COHBA has become Oklahoma's strongest home building association.

Being a COHBA member has many perks. Our COHBA members benefit from the reputation that the COHBA seal brings with it: COHBA members are part of an exclusive and trustworthy group of builders that work tirelessly to protect and grow the local building industry. The organization offers businesses marketing and networking opportunities. Members are entitled to a number of discounts on products and services they use every day. From discounted insurance rates on workers' comp, builders risk and general liability to discounts on new vehicle purchases, COHBA membership can save you money.

Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association (COHBA) is a not-for-profit, professional organization that exists to promote the home building industry and its members by educating and instilling professionalism and taking an active role in community affairs. COHBA is an affiliate of the Oklahoma State Home Builders association and the National Association of Home Builders. COHBA represents all businesses associated with construction, remodel services and building in general. About 50% of our members are professional builders, developers and home remodeling contractors.

Join the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association for one of our many events promoting the home building industry and showcasing the craftsmanship of COHBA members. From fishing tournaments to the popular Parade of Homes, you can find information on many of our upcoming events below. To RSVP or to get specifics on all COHBA events, check out our calendar in the Member Center. The COHBA Parade of Homes is Oklahoma City's favorite metro-wide open house event. For an entire week, visitors are welcome to visit more than 100 new homes in developing neighborhoods from Edmond to Moore, Yukon to Choctaw, and everywhere in between.

Your membership in COHBA gives you a seat at the table for local, state, and national policy discussions. Your membership adds to our collective voice on issues important to our industry. Both Builder and Associate members qualify for special discounts on insurance policies like Workers Comp, General Liability, and Builders Risk.
