At a young age, I discovered a passion for building things. Being raised in a family of contractors and builders, I was exposed to all aspects of the construction industry. Over the years, I have worked in nearly every trade involved in the building process. This has provided me with a unique understanding of what it takes to build a home. This experience also helped me to appreciate the needs and challenges of the people involved, including the tradesmen, suppliers, and most importantly the homeowners.
With our scattered site cutsomers, we are able to help you with items that are unique to the property, such as sewer plants, water wells, gravel drives and dirt pads. These items are not normally needed in developments. In the development setting, we are more concerned with subdivision requirements and restrictions. This typically includes architectural style, exterior surface material, landscaping, and sidewalks to complement the neighborhood. Creating a floor plan doesn't have to be diffcult! All we need is an idea of what you envision your home to be and we will work with local architects to help us create the home that works best for you and your family.

This was my first experience building a house. I had heard so many negative stories about the building process and was expecting to experience the same, but Vic and Courtney made my experience a great one! I felt like my house was the only one they were working on. Every email (there were thousands I’m sure) was answered right away. Every concern was addressed and I was completely satisfied with the job. They are just great people personally and professionally.

After hearing all the nightmares and stress of building a home I wanted to second guess our decision to do so. We decided to move forward and chose Vicman. The process was very easy and the staff made it a fun, pleasurable experience. If I did it again, I would chose Vicman Homes without a second guess!
