Legacy Wood

Legacy Wood covenants and restrictions are designed to maintain property values and provide for quality controlled construction. Construction restrictions such as stucco fronts and 30 year composition roofs keep each property value consistent. All builders are required to apply for authorization to build in Legacy Wood, agreeing to the building restrictions and assuring an orderly building process for our Homebuyers. Legacy Wood Builders are also members of the Kansas City Homebuilders Association or Missouri certified builder.
