Started in 1982, L/M Homes was founded by Lynn and Margaret Pitts. An advocate for architecture and cutting edge home design. In 1989 their son Todd Pitts took over the beginning of the business and took it to great heights with new construction, renovation, and extensive remodels. Our projects can be seen all over Leawood, Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee, Lenexa and Kansas City. Todd Pitts, is a second-generation home builder, L/M Homes was based on inventiveness & strong family values.
