Working in the Dane County area for more than 18 years we have created strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors; these relationships will ensure that projects are done on time, within budget and be of the highest quality. Shaun has more than 23 years of construction experience; his well-rounded resume includes previous positions of City Building Inspector, as well as positions of both Estimator & Construction Manager for the largest builder in Dane County.

Depending upon the configuration of your home, you may be able to add space such as a rec room/den, bedroom, bathroom, bar, home theater, and more! Finished basements are a great way to add value to your home, and provide additional cost-effective space to meet the needs of your family. Working with a spectrum of vendors and subcontractors, we'll be able to match existing finishes so the additional space doesn't look like an 'addition'.
