By designing with James Yeager Homebuilders (both builder and designer) your new home will be designed around your family's budget first while emphasizing on your desire for the unique. Often the design phase is contracted to a third party. Many builders have little influence in the home's elevation, slope and grade of the finished lot shape. Usually it is possible to set the home within the lot more than one way. As both builder and draftsman, Jim will meet with you at the site or lot, to assess the challenges and benefits in the placement of your new home.

Jim and Julie are a dynamo duo that did a great job renovating our home. While renovations are outside their normal wheelhouse, they did a great job finding inventive and quality solutions to issues that came up during renovations because of old home quirks. Their extreme attention to detail made the finished product look perfect; it's everything we wanted and more.

Wow! Jim and Julie did such a beautiful job building our custom built in bookshelves. They exceeded our expectations and we would definitely hire them again for any custom woodworking and craftsmanship projects. Jim and Julie Yeager were absolutely wonderful to work with. Very fun, courteous, and professional. The quality of their work was top notch and we are thrilled with their finished product! Also, they were SO clean! They were always vacuuming up sawdust along the way - a small detail, but it meant a lot to us!

Great experience. I was living in Virginia and needed a retirement home built in Stow. Did much of the coordination via email with occasional visits to Stow at critical points in the planning and construction. Have now lived in the home for three years and still absolutely love the quality of construction and workmanship. Have had a few minor projects since them and Jim has been great at assisting me with them. Highly recommend Jim and Julie if you are planning a new home.

Absolute Horrible experience. Waited 7 months and paid $4,000 for plans that were so bad they needed to be fixed(and repaid for) by an actual pro who knew what he was doing. Was lied to on multiple occasions, was like pulling teeth just to get an email response back from him to tell us what is going on. Stay as far away as you can from this guy. Horrible.
