Once the written proposal is awarded, the subcontractors will notified and preliminary scheduling will be established. R. Bibler Custom Builders, Inc. understands the importance of value to cost ratios. Upon the receipt of the signed Fixed Price Agreement, R. Bibler Custom Builders will provide the Master Project Schedule listing all on-site and off-site work, significant dates, milestones, and estimated completion date.
R. Bibler Custom Builders Inc. was established in 2004 and has grown to become one of the premier builders in Southwest Michigan. Randall Bibler, President and owner has been building and remodeling homes and businesses since 1974. Having come from a business owner background, Randall Bibler understands that success is achieved one client at a time. Our business will thrive or fail based on how our clients feel they have been treated during the course of their project. We manage the project and have complete confidence in our ability to exceed our clients' expectations.
The process involved for a successful project starts long before the actual construction. R. Bibler Custom Builders recommends early contractor participation as a strategic partner in the planning phase of your project. The contractor will bring additional resources that may be helpful during the project development. Design review allows the contractor to provide valuable information regarding the project. Cost analysis, construction feasibility, construction options and building alternatives, scheduling and permit acquisition are included.
