Builders Association Kosciusko Fulton Counties

BAKFC is a membership organization comprised of members from various aspects of the building and home industries. It is our goal to assist homeowners in making dream homes a reality. What sets our builders apart from the rest? As a membership requirement, our Builders are contractually obligated to abide by Indiana Quality Assurance Builder Standards (QABS), so you can rest assured that your builder is professional and accountable not only to you, the client, but also amongst association members both locally and state-wide.

Mission: The Builders Association Kosciusko Fulton Counties Inc. (BAKFC) serves, advances and protects the welfare of the building industry through customer quality assurance, education of our members, and contributions to the community. We will continue to be a viable, indispensable, visible community asset with strong political participation on issues affecting our industry. The BAKFC is a membership organization comprised of Builder and Associate members. We strive to keep our members informed on issues affecting the building industry, including governmental regulations, housing needs, housing trends, and other relevant issues.
