We have had an amazing experience so far in Lugano! Shelli and Erica at the model, our designer Ashley, and our superintendent Rodney have all been awesome! They under promise and over deliver. They are a great team! We have not met Lori, but we know she is the glue that holds it all together and have always had positive outcomes from her decisions. We would definitely recommend this builder and community! I wanted to convey my gratitude for constructing such a fine building as Capriana. It is beautifully designed, right on the ocean, and within walking distance to dining and shopping.
