To make building your new home stress free, know that we have a proven, reliable process and one of our experienced professionals will be by your side, from start to finish. This step includes closing on your new home and a two-week walk process. The two week walk process is when we regroup after you have lived in your new home for about two weeks. We will ensure everything is working properly, show you how to file warranty claims and discuss regular home maintenance. After living in your home for two weeks, you transition into the warranty phase of your home, which means any issues that may arise with your home from this point on will be handled as part of your warranty.
