We have been building custom homes of all sizes and styles in Coastal Carolina since 1985. Its founder, Jim Schmid, a civil engineer with a structural background, has built high quality custom homes in the many fine neighborhoods that dot this beautiful coastal area. The unmatched familiarity of building coastal homes in this region of North Carolina allows us to provide a simple process for the client, without sacrificing attention to detail.
