Chartered in 1961, the Home Builders Association of Western Maryland, Inc. is a non-profit, professional trade association representing members of all facets of the home building industry. Our purpose is to advocate housing by providing pertinent industry and professional networking opportunities. Serving Allegany and Garrett counties as an advocate of the building industry, the association positively impacts issues that affect housing through economic and leadership influence in the community. Through the combined efforts with elected officials and area chambers of commerce, the HBAWMD helps formulate legislative and regulatory policies that promotes affordable housing for area residents.
The Covid-19 restrictions have not lifted enough for us to be able to put on our All Things Home Expos for Allegany and Garrett County this year.
In lieu of recent events, The All Things Home Expo will be postponed. Reschedule dates are being looked at and we will update you as soon as we can.
