In 2006 we formed ZM3 Group, Inc. While our interest was single family home building, we kept our horizons broad and kept our options open for land development and commercial construction management, in addition to home building. As the years went by and the housing market rebounded, we have been able to focus on single family home building, primarily in Vienna and surrounding neighborhoods. In 2010 we began using the name Stahl Homes LLC to brand our work in the Vienna area. Stahl Homes LLC, is a leading custom home builder working in Vienna and surrounding neighborhoods.
Most builders go through the same basic process when building a home, whether building one of their standard plans or a truly custom home. We differentiate ourselves by providing hands on practical, experience to guide you through the complete development process - from conceptual drawings to Certificate of Occupancy. Whether it is one of our pre-designed homes or a design from scratch, it's our intention to make the process run smoothly and efficiently. Most likely you will only build one house in your lifetime - you deserve more than a "builder's standard" approach.
