We closed on our new construction home, built by Spectrum Homes, about 2 months ago, and we would highly recommend Spectrum to anyone considering building a new home or doing a remodel. Spectrum delivered on everything they said they would and then some. Building a new home during a pandemic had the potential to be a nightmare due to potential delays and shutdowns, but our experience was excellent regardless. Everyone we worked with -- Craig, Sharon, Bart, Ken was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and all around wonderful to work with. The vendors and contractors that work with Spectrum were all equally great and upheld the same values as Spectrum. Throughout the entire build process, we knew exactly what was happening with our home and when, and had a pulse on the anticipated completion date, which allowed us to plan ahead for selling our home, ordering furniture, etc. Even post-closing, they have been fantastic to work with as they complete the items on our punch list, most of which have already been completed or are in the process of being completed. They don't just forget about you because you've closed on your home; they stay in-touch to ensure everything gets completed to your satisfaction. We are very happy in our new home and are looking forward to making many memories here. Thank you, Ken, Craig, Bart, Sharon, and everyone else on the team!

Thank you for the wonderful job that you did on our master bath, Marty was amazing and tile guys, Matt and Jeff were outstanding and I can not thank Sharon enough.
