After working as an industrial arts teacher, Dave Pusey started the company in 1977. The next year Fred Raffensperger joined Dave as an employee, and immediately found they had the unique ability to compliment each others' strengths. In 1984 Dave and Fred formalized their partnership and grew from a small Lititz business to one of Central PA's most respected builders, remodelers and contractors.
