We have been building and remodeling homes in the greater Seacoast area for almost 35 years. As a prospective building customer, you will work directly with our founder, Don Cook. Together, we'll develop a scope of work based upon your expectations. From there, Don will establish a fixed bid for your project. Every home we build reflects the individual needs and budget of our customers. And, while we do adhere to time-proven methods of construction, every home we build is as unique as you are and designed to reflect your own personal style.
Many clients come to us without plans or an understanding of the building process. We provide a no-cost consultation to help narrow down needs, desires and budget. We rely on previous custom homes that we've built to showcase our quality and design solutions and review possible options. We can take you on a tour of some of our past projects that reflect your vision. We are accustomed to working with busy clients with limited time. Most of our larger projects can be managed with one 2 hour meeting per week, although through our organized methods and technology we have built and remodeled homes with many customers who lived in other states and countries during the building process.
