For twenty years, we have been providing Storm Restoration services to many Electrical Utility Companies from the Midwest to Maine, Florida, and as far away as Texas. A limb fell on my power line and and I lost power to my house. When another electric company told me they were scheduling 2 weeks out I called Thompson. Within an hour 2 technicians were here. Less than 3 hours later they were finished and the inspector had come and approved their work. Just waiting on the Electric Company to reconnect the service. The young woman I spoke to on the phone as well as the technicians were courteous and helpful. Can't say enough about my experience.
Apparently Thompson Electric had no regard for handicapped people. One of their employees regularly parks in the handicap space at the apartment in Steubenville where they live.
