Mills Concrete was founded in 2009. Owners, Seth and Wind Mills, teamed their experience in the building trades to provide all levels of cast-in-place concrete. Their commitment to providing the appropriate manpower, equipment and expertise has yielded a record of timely installations. The Mills brothers are pleased to add value whenever possible; their allegiance to building-to-plan, or better than plan, leaves a lasting signature on each project. Seth learned about pouring concrete while building tilt-up with his grandfather.
