From our humble beginnings in 1959, we've grown to become one of Utah's largest contracting firms with hundreds of employees working all over the country. In our early days, we did locally-based concrete work for municipalities and residences in Utah. But in 1980, when North Carolina-based Nucor Steel was building a large plant in Plymouth, Utah, they asked ABC to take over and finish unsatisfactory work that had been started by a larger concrete contractor. In 1985 they asked ABC to go with them to Arkansas to build a large new steel mill.
