Founded in 1983 by Osiel Salinas, our company has laid the groundwork for successful construction projects for more than three decades. We specialize in residential concrete, including slabs, driveways, patios, walkways and light excavation. Our turn-key foundation services give clients faster build times, end-to-end project management, and superior foundations built with advanced technology. Salinas Concrete was founded in Houston, and is now based in Plano, Texas with additional offices in Oklahoma and Louisana.
