Flat Sawing Concrete Services are used in the outdoor cutting of concrete on things such as road sawing, bridge sawing, sidewalk sawing and driveways. Occasionally, flat concrete sawing can be used indoors as long as the area is well ventilated. Our flat saws are 66/72Hp diesel turbo charged saws that can reach a maximum cutting depth of 24. Core Drilling Concrete Service are used for drilling into concrete walls, slabs and footers in areas where conventional drilling would be accessible. Core drilling utilizes a hydro, electric or hand held drills and allows us to drill holes anywhere from 1/8" diameter and all the way up to 56" deep with drill depth of 1"-50" thick concrete. When utilizing a hand drill we are able to drill holes up to 3" diameter with depth of 24". At A&A Concrete Sawing and Drilling we have over 36 years of experience.
Wall Sawing is utilized when we need to cut any type of concrete openings on a concrete wall, including doors, windows, walls and concrete panels. Our wall sawing technique uses a hydraulic wall saw and is effective when the concrete thickness is below 24" deep one side or 48" with areas where both sides of the wall can be accessed. Hand Sawing is similar to the wall sawing technique in that it is used in cutting any type of openings in a concrete wall such as doors, windows, walls and concrete panels.
Electric Slab Sawing utilizes 400Hz saw that is perfect to use in an indoor concrete cutting setting due to the exhaust free nature of the service. Slab sawing is the perfect technique if the service has to performed without any fumes or exhaust in indoor environments such as office buildings, food service centers, hospitals, warehouses and small areas where access is limited due to space constraints.
