Garry Kornegay founded Kornegay Engineering, Inc. (KEi) in 1993 with the goal of providing quality structural engineering services to architects, contractors, and fabricators. Since our founding over 25 years ago, we have continued to add new team members, grow our portfolio, and develop an extensive range of knowledge allowing us to provide a broad range of structural engineering services. Our greatest strength is our close-knit and experienced staff. Each of our engineers, draftsman, and technicians have unique backgrounds and experiences in the industry, allowing us to better serve our clients.

At Kornegay Engineering, Inc., we understand that communication is the key to success with any construction project. We generate a spirit of cooperation and teamwork with everyone involved. Through each phase of our structural engineering services, we communicate with all stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure we are working efficiently and cohesively. Kornegay Engineering, Inc. provides structural engineering services for diverse industries across the Southeast. KEi uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create layered, detailed designs.
