Warren Perkins (President) was born in Montreal and moved to New York with family in 1971. A few years after, he moved to Largo Florida in 1973 and graduated from Largo High School in 1978. He then started working construction on the Gulf Coast Beaches and was drawn towards the concrete phase of the work. He formed Perkins Concrete, Inc. construction company in 1989. Since then, we have provided thousands of customers with quality work and have many repeat customers.
