SC Rossi and Company, Inc. is a group of small businesses based in Roanoke, VA focused on construction, water systems, and precast concrete products. We employ approximately 50 people at our headquarters and precast concrete plant, and we utilize subcontractors for trade skills and supplies as needed. We own and operate a fleet of heavy equipment to support our construction projects focusing on roads, storm water, concrete, and infrastructure. We operate three small independent water systems for communities in Southwest Virginia.
Our four fully certified blasters provide a range of blasting services. Additionally, we have the experience and equipment necessary to drill blastholes, monitoring wells, tie-back anchors, and grout holes. We can inject grout to pressures of 100psi at 120 gallons/minute. We have helped a number of our clients clean up some very difficult situations. We specialize in soil and water reclaimation and industrial control systems designed to keep our environment clean. We also offer industrial construction safety services including nitrogen-blanketed clean rooms, and OSHA-certified steps, rails, and bridge systems.
