Premier Concrete

While working as a laborer, then foreman, for a Baltimore concrete company more than three decades ago, Premier Concrete President, Jim Workmeister, quickly shined with his strong work ethic, sense of honesty and creative ability to deliver on every promise made to the company's customers. It was during that time that Jim continued to learn while he envisioned owning and operating his own concrete business. He was hopeful that one day his entrepreneurial spirit and resources would align. Well, Jim's dream became a reality in 1986 when his father realized his son's unwavering passion and agreed to co-sign a loan, allowing his son to start Premier Concrete.
