Randy has been with Howlin Concrete since 1996. Randy is a certified National Ready- mix Concrete Association Level 4 Concrete Technologist. Randy has the full responsibilities of all of Howlin Concrete, including; sales, operations, technical service and customer service. Bobby joined Howlin Concrete in 1988. He was promoted to Maintenance Manager in 2009. He is responsible for scheduling and repairing equipment, ordering parts, and plant maintenance. Mr. Reid is a member of the Edward B. Howlin, Inc. Safety Committee and responsible for the environmental maintenance of the Howlin Sites.
