Last week we started an emergency demolition of a collapsing building in Long Branch, NJ. This project is a controlled demolition with asbestos in place. We anticipate to generate 5700 tons of debris!
After a small delay due to snow, we were able to mobilize in Peekskill, NY for a BASF project. Highground decommissioned four silos that were formerly used to store/transfer materials via train cars.
We have been working for the past week at the Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ demolishing a former water treatment facility. Here we are beginning to dismantle the above grade structure, after completing the salvage process on the interior.
HGI has been working in Long Island at the former Newsday Headquarters the past few months. Currently the crew is about halfway through the demolition process.
