This phase includes design consultation for any special requests by the client including recommended repairs, ADA evaluation or drainage needs. We will also acquire any permits required by for the work. Over the years and with the increasing importance of the Americans with Disabilities Act (A.D.A.), we have performed thousands of jobs meeting A.D.A. requirements. In many cases, we helped to optimize the Design to Cost ratio of the construction. In these projects, we were able to help owners by providing creativity to fulfill function and regulations.
