At Ricor, we provide our clients with a full range of site related services. In addition to our core services of Earthwork, Paving, and Underground Utilities, we can competitively price and construct most scopes of work outside of the building envelope. Our excellent subcontractor and vendor relationships allow us the ability to provide items such as site structural concrete, hardscape concrete, landscaping, site electrical power and lighting, site masonry, drywells, soil stabilization, material crushing and hauling, site demolition, pavement striping and many other site improvements.

Ricor, Inc. maintains a staff of highly trained and skilled project management personnel capable of managing all phases of civil site development. Ricor's on-site and office teams efficiently manage contract scopes that range from basic earthwork and paving to comprehensive site development packages. For clients that require a turn-key solution, Ricor can perform all construction services necessary to prepare undeveloped property for vertical construction. Since our founding in 1977, Ricor, Inc. has evolved into a multifaceted company. We self-perform all phases of earthwork, from heavy mass grading, to fine finish grade work, as well as the construction of roads and parking lots and the placing of asphalt paving. Our in-house underground utility division installs complete wet and dry underground systems, such as sewer, water, storm drainage, storm water retention tanks, etc. We have an excellent track record working in congested environments without impacting existing and operating services.

A culture of respect for the inherent dangers of our work and for the importance of avoiding those dangers is critical to the working relationships we have with our co-workers, our Subcontractors, and our General Contractor clients. Our diligent and proactive approach to training, reporting, housekeeping, and maintenance has allowed us to work repeatedly for clients who have some of the most demanding safety requirements in our industry. Ricor, Inc. has developed a comprehensive company-wide Environmental, Safety and Health Plan, which is actively enforced and constantly improved.
