Wopac Construction is based out of Central Collin County and has been in business since 1996. We started off in the construction of County streets in new County subdivisions, which included Excavation and drainage, Lime stabilization, rock base sub grades and chip seal paving. As of today we have expanded to offering concrete and asphalt paving, milling, crack sealing and street maintenance. We are dedicated to serving the needs of our customers each and every day and have and maintain the right equipment to man the job.
