All About Pavements, Inc. (API) is a full service pavement engineering firm dedicated to technical excellence and customer service. We provide pavement engineering services at commercial airports, military airports, and roadways throughout the U.S. and internationally. API's objective is to provide practical, innovative, and cost-effective engineering solutions for our clients.

API provides extensive support to airport authorities and transportation firms for pavement design and specification development as part of the bid package preparation. API has conducted many initial airport pavement management program (PMP) and has updated several existing PMP systems. This work has included pavement condition index (PCI) surveys; development of state-of-the-art software for use in collecting and uploading pavement distress data into a PMP, such as PAVER; database development, Geographic Information System (GIS) map preparation, and development of the first truly dynamic web-enabled airport PMP in the United States for the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA).
