Loveland Excavating and Paving, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Matthew J. Brennan with the goal of providing reliable site development services at a competitive price. By successfully developing lasting relationships with our clients, we have enjoyed tremendous success over the past 20 years. Cincinnati Sealcoating Company (A division of Loveland Excavating and Paving) has been in the asphalt and sealcoating business since 2006. We specialize in in the maintenance, preservation and repairs of asphalt driveways and parking lots. Our track record demonstrates our dedication in providing high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We work in cooperation with on-site owners, managers, and maintenance personnel in scheduling work to complete each job in the least disruptive manner.
