It will protect your asphalt by preventing water from penetrating the surface of the pavement and defends the top layer of asphalt from oxidation and wear caused by exposure to the sun and air. It also protects against the harmful eects of chemical spills such as oil and gasoline. In addition to guarding the structural integrity of your pavement, seal coating can also beautify your pavement by providing an attractive black surface that is ideal for painting lines and other markers.
