After a major mistake when installing a whole house generator and doing major electrical damage to the home. I now have a major appliance that's not working properly, A service man came out looked but did no work and left GE offered a buy back but I elected for a replacement oven that was several weeks ago I finally received a date and time for the replacement and that will be another weeks wait. The reason for poor rating is twofold qualified employees and ability take care of problems in a timely fashion
I had some work done on 7/14/17 and the problems was not fixed. They were at the house for an hour and I was billed for an hour and a half. They also said they would contact me to give me an estimate to fix the problem that was not fixed on the first visit.( Problem did come back later in the day), Two weeks later they have not contacted me to tell me how much. I guess they are so busy they have no time for more work. I would not use them again
