It was 1987, when two childhood friends from Hanover, MA, decided to start a driveway sealcoating company as a way of earning money for college. Ambitious as they were, little did they know that company would grow and evolve over the next 30 years to eventually become New England's largest commercial parking lot maintenance company. Today, T&K Asphalt provides commercial paving, sealcoating, line striping, concrete, construction/repair and snow removal services for business owners and property managers throughout New England and across the United States (through our National Division partners).

Our line striping crews have over 60 years of combined experience. From complex office parks to custom colors and layouts, ADA specifications and more, we are experienced in a variety of commercial line striping jobs and our crews and equipment can handle any requests. T&K Asphalt Services, Inc. has been seal coating driveways with driveway sealer on the South Shore for 30+ years. As folks noticed those black and white signs popping up all over the South Shore, in Bridgewater, Hanover, Raynham, Quincy, Braintree and Easton. We have also expanded our business to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and Metro West. We have cleaned, prepped, crack sealed and seal coated thousands of driveways. Sealcoating provides a protective layer on your driveway and saves you money in the long run just like the regular painting of your house.

Over the course of three decades, T&K Asphalt has enjoyed great success growing from a two-man sealcoating company into the largest parking lot maintenance company in New England. There are many reasons for this success, but our founder Kevin Gosnell would often say it was because of our employees. Kevin loved his employees and would often describe them as "the most critical asset of our organization." Today, T&K employs over 125 people, many of them year-round - a rare occurrence in a seasonal business like ours.

With over 400 pieces of equipment, our 24/7 maintenance facility and 125+ employees, we are able to schedule, control, and deliver jobs on time and on budget. This self-performing model is rare in today's commoditized marketplace, but after 30 years and over 10,000 jobs, our customers like the results. We've been making our customers look tremendous since 1987!
