This home features a modified side-of-the-home 3-bay garage and a custom cabana bath with enlarged back patio. It also includes a grand shower in the master bath and an enlarged grand great room - both from the Tailor Made options available on our interactive floorplan. This home provided for a wonderful informal and open great room open to the kitchen and the outstanding rear patio and yard. A butler's pantry was also added to supplement the kitchen area and oversized island. The Garage was expanded and provided for ample storage and enhanced the elevation of the home.
