Paul Perciballi wasted no time grasping the North American dream when he moved to Windsor in 1973 from Italy. Within two days he had a job working with a pool company. He was with the company for 3 years when the entrepreneurial bug hit him. In 1977, Perciballi Construction Ltd. was formed. We used to do a lot of pools in the 80's and 90's, but it was hard to keep the quality up. So we lowered the quantity and focused on the quality. Another plus is working with family (or those who have been employed for so long they might as well be family).
