Jamaican Pool & Spa is family owned with nearly 45 years of experience in making your backyard the only place you and your family want to be. We're a full service company specializing in new in-ground pool and spa construction, renovations, weekly maintenance, and seasonal openings and closings. They're what make us the best choice for your new pool and together, we can build the custom, backyard paradise your family has always wanted.
Most projects require fencing and we recommend a wrought iron look, aluminum product. The Dual Top Rail Fencing is constructed of 6005-T5 Aluminum with a polyester powder coat finish. Available in a variety of colors and heights, our fencing will compliment the look of your yard and home. Our professional custom installation meets all B.O.C.A. codes for swimming pools which includes self closing and latching gates. Let us handle your fencing needs alongside your pool installation, saving you time and money.
Our gunite pools are in-ground and constructed using a high pressure, sprayed-in cement process, custom made to any dimension, shape and site. With over 45 years in business, every pool is crafted by our experienced, custom contractors who specialize in their trade. And we stand behind our quality as each gunite pool comes with a 20 Year Structure Warranty, so you know you're getting a pool with years of enjoyment ahead. Browse through our gunite pool photo gallery and shapes below. Base pricing for in-ground Gunite Pools start in the mid $50,000 range and overall project costs are based on square footage, additional features, landscaping, fencing, and decking.
Whether it's a gunite or in-ground liner pool, our crew is experienced with full renovations and remodels. We can replace and refinish coping, tile, marcite or pebbletec finishes on your gunite pool. For in-ground lining pools the liner can be updated and replaced.
Arrange for us to open your pool for the season. Our opening service includes removal and cleaning of your cover, major debris clean out from the pool, a check and adjustment of the chemistry, charging the filter, starting up your system, and power washing the pool decking. Allow us to winterize and close your pool down after the season is over. Closing your pool includes lowering the water level below inlets, adding shock, blowing out the lines, and inserting antifreeze. Next we'll secure your cover and for an addition, add specialty chemicals that ensure better water in the Spring.
