Leanna was our designer! She did an amazing job! Our pool was completed in June 2021, just in time for summer! They worked quick and everything came out perfect! It took approximately 2 months to complete! Our pool is everything we imagined and more! Cypress Custom Pools was very professional and quick to respond to our questions/concerns through the process!

Our overall pool build with CCP’s was great! Started with Gary putting our needy vision together. He’s a very professional designer that listens! Right before our dig Joe our project manager came by and walked us through the whole process from dig to pool school and answered all our questions. Joe did an outstanding job managing the project, daily at times and kept in constant communication the whole time which was huge considering my husband questions everything. 🙂 Joe truly was the MVP on this project. It was impressive seeing him coordinate all the subs and fulfilling his 6-8 week timeline for completion. Guillermo and Kyle completed the great experience. Guillermo was very informative as he serviced the pool and Kyle did a great job telling us how to maintain our new investment. Thank you CCP’s for building our pool that will bring us tons fun and memories! We highly recommend you all to our friends and family.

We just finished with the construction of our pool and Pergula that was completed in less than 60 days...including the delay caused by the freeze. Gary worked with us during the design process and was extremely open to our ideas while mixing in his suggestions based on previous pools he designed. He did an amazing job with our design and was always available throughout the project to answer questions and help us with any changes.
Joe was our construction manager and has to be one of the best at what he does in Houston. He was amazing at keeping us updated on what subs were coming each day and what they were doing. He was always available to answer questions whether it be in the evening or on the weekends when we texted him. Although we had a fairly smooth process, there are will always be small hiccups that occur throughout any construction project and he was on top of getting it corrected or fixed immediately.
The last stage involved Kyle and his service team that taught us how to maintain and service the pool. He was very thorough and detailed during his visits.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with our decision to go with Cypress Custom Pools. There are so many choices when it comes to building a pool, but only a few that meet the true quality standard of professionalism, quality work and customer service. CCP hits all 3 of those and we highly recommend them.

We completed our pool build with CCP on Aug 1, 2020. The entire experience was pleasant from the moment LeAnna came to our home to discuss designs. LeAnna is very professional and an expert at pool design. She was always available for any questions..and I had a lot! I’m very picky and detailed and they came through will flying colors! We get so many complements on our custom pool with how it wraps around our preexisting patio. As with any construction project there were a few issues that arose, but how CCP handled everything was above and beyond. I had complete trust in them. From the beginning, they did what they said they would do and stayed in constant communication with me. I needed help one night and Brian was at my house in 10 mins. Brian is extremely knowledgeable with pools, kept his word, and was always readily available for any questions. AJ was our superintendent and managed everything from start to finish. He followed up with me to ensure the contractors did their jobs, and called me back ASAP when I had questions. Kyle helped us start the pool and taught us how to run it. He was very patient and kind. There is a learning curve with having a pool put in. Knowing what I know now, I am even more thankful to have gone with CCP. Their professionalism from start to finish, the high quality Pentair products they use, and their company warranty on workmanship are a few of the reasons I highly recommend them. I get nothing for writing this review. I just want to show my gratitude and help anyone looking to build who may be researching companies. Do yourself a favor and go with CCP!
