We recently purchased a Hot Springs hot tub and have nothing but glowing things to say about everyone at Artesian. Dave was awesome with helping us pick a hot tub that was just right for us. Wade was wonderful with communication as far as delivery, and a few minor hiccups that came along the way. The servicemen were so nice when they came to our house to check on things. Excellent customer service all the way around. Highly recommend them!
We can not say enough about the customer service at Artesian! It's been 5 years since ours was installed, this year we opened to a water leak over the winter. The staff was at our house everyday until the liner was patched and we had water again! We recommend Artesian to everyone!
