All residential renovation projects designed by our office begin with a Design Consultation. Founded in 1982, Kevin Harris, Architect, L.L.C. is a full service design firm specializing in residential renovations, residential new construction, and the adaptive reuse of older buildings. We also have a background in specialty commercial and historic preservation projects. Think of a design consultation as a house call: we visit your home, discuss and sketch possibilities, and answer basic questions about costs and construction alternatives for various home improvements. After the Design Consultation, if your project requires the services of an architect, you would then retain our firm which begins with the signing of a standard AIA contract between Owner and Architect, as well as a deposit.
