Had Eddie install a security door at the front of our home and were so impressed with the quality and workmanship we ordered a second door for our back door. Eddie is absolutely meticulous and is a perfectionist. The doors are beautiful without being intrusive and the installation was flawless. Will be hiring Eddie again, soon, for a patio awning. After several years of wrestling with three large pull down shades on our patio to block the sun, my husband decided we needed a built in shade structure. I wasn't so sure we did, but he is the man of the outside and selected Eddie to do the job.
My husband and Eddie set up a time and date and forgot to tell me...behold me answering the door in my nightgown at 6:45 AM. Eddie quickly got to work with his employee and before I knew it we had sun screens over our windows by 10:00 AM and construction started on our outdoor shade structure. Despite the 100+ degree heat, kids playing in our pool and chaos, Eddie and his helper worked away. In the end, I couldn't be more pleased. It's like our patio was always missed something and is now complete. We had our first pool party a couple of days later and received so many compliments. Best of all...THE SHADE and no more wrestling with ugly pull downs!

After considerable searching for remotely controlled outdoor shades, we found Eddie's Shades and Awnings. We asked him to survey our situation and concerns from electrical needs to shade color/quality, and many other features and needs. Additionally, he made excellent quality recommendations to support our concerns and desires. It took about 3 weeks to get the 4 very large screens ordered and about 2 1/2 days to install. Bottom line, we could not be more impressed with the attention to detail he spent in insuring that everything was absolutely perfect. This was a very large job, and as such, fairly expensive. It isn't all that often that a company and businessman comes around who takes his work and customer satisfaction so seriously. I highly recommend him for your shade and awning needs.

Eddie came out in the morning. On time when he said he would. Took about 1.5 hrs. Installed my new screen door. IT looks fabulous , flush against the house. I couldn't be happier. He was willing to work with me on the time and that was great. If you need a new screen door I recommend you call him and have him check it out. The BEST at solar screen installation! No games, no gimmicks--just a hard-working team that delivers as promised. No "Oh you have to pay me 1/2 now" stuff, either! I paid in full once the job was done--not a dime before. Eddie is fair, reliable and the solar screens look GREAT on the house. They help to keep the hot summer/early Fall sun at bay, which saves on cooling costs. He works around the customer's schedule, too. I was very pleased and highly recommend him! There is a reason he is rated so high on Yelp--because he is exactly the "kind" of contractor you'd want to use!

Eddie does top notch work! He built and installed sun screens for the west facing windows of our house. I have had sun screens at a previous house and was expecting a similar design where you would need to keep the original window screen on to keep out critters. NOPE, Eddie's design is boxed aluminum that seals tightly against the window frame. I am finally able to watch TV during the daytime without glare or the heat.
Eddie is a fast paced busy guy who may seem a little abrasive but after speaking with him several times and finally in person I realized that is just his personality and he is a good guy.
His pricing is right on par with the quality craftsmanship and professional installation.
I am looking forward to using him again for a security/screen door and patio awning in the near future.

Eddie's work was excellent! The new sunscreens look fantastic and are held tight to the window (keeping insects out). The time frame for completion was met and this should help reduce heat. He's personable and efficient.
