Solar Safe Pool Covers

We manufacture and install two types of custom pool covers, the PowerLock Solar Safety Cover and the HeatSaver Thermal Cover. Both covers easily accommodate pools of any size or shape. Boulders, water features, walls, or raised/rolled/infinity edges are no problem for our custom designed, sewn on-site, pool covers. I purchased my pool cover in November 2019. The sales rep Jeff came to take measurements, provide an estimate, and provide more product and company details. It was a no-pressure visit.

Solar Safe Pool Covers LLC, is Arizona's only pool cover manufacturer. Our family started with a solar water heating business in 1980 and expanded into pool covers in 1997. In 2002, with the help of our financial partner, Leslie Nielsen (yes that Leslie Nielsen, Airplane, Naked Gun, etc) we purchased Poolsaver. Poolsaver at one point had been the largest automatic pool cover manufacturer in the United States. With the death of Leslie in 2009 and the ongoing recession, we decided to stop manufacturing automatic pool covers and selling solar water heaters.

Uncovered pools are subjected to an array of organic contaminants, harmful UV rays, and unnecessary water evaporation, all of which disrupt the pool's chemistry. Therefore, routine maintenance is required to keep uncovered pools clean, even when not in use. Our PowerLock Solar Safety Cover offers our clients a solution. Furthermore, many of our clients choose to forgo their pool service for either part of the year or indefinitely once they experience how much easier it is to maintain their pool with PowerLock Solar Safety Cover.

Our PowerLock Solar Safety Cover is a durable, flexible vinyl material with a polyester mesh core that is designed to float on the surface of the pools water. The fabric wraps onto the perimeter, sealing the pool, and is firmly secured with our PowerLock Anchoring System. The female portion of the anchor is mounted flush into the decking, preventing tripping hazards, and the male portion is secured on the cover. The anchors create an impassible barrier between your loved ones and the pool's water.
