Mr. Adkins accepted a position with the Cambria Organization in 2007 after an over 20 year career with another company. As construction manager for the Cambria Commerce Center, an eight million dollar Commercial Business Park in Pleasantville, New Jersey, Mr. Adkins had the responsibility for all construction oversight as well as coordination of sub-contractors and interfaces with inspectors and municipal agencies. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget expectations. Importantly, Mr. Adkins was also responsible for tenant relations, taking the lead in final fit-outs or special accommodations that were necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
