You can never have too many 5-Star reviews right? I heard a loud "bang" when my garage door was closing. I looked up and one of the 2 springs was broken in two. After reading Yelp reviews, I called Garage Door Giant. Brett answered the phone on the first call. He was able to schedule me the same day. He quoted me the price for the replacement (to replace both springs). He showed up on time, went right to work, and completed the job professionally. He made adjustments to the system and lubricated all moving parts. I asked him to look at the seal at the top of the door that had a large gap. He offered a solution, ordered the part and had his son Bryce return for the installation. Bryce did an excellent job and there is no longer a gap between the door and frame! I will be a customer for life!

The spring broke and I needed repair service for my garage door. This same thing happened a couple of years ago and I had Always Open Garage Doors repair it. This time I decided to call someone else to get a second opinion and met Bryce from Garage Door Giant. Bryce was very friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He provided me with options, was very thorough with the repair and my "good as new" garage door is now equipped with TWO springs to help balance the load. But wait there's more, I thought the price was outstanding especially compared to what Always Open Garage Doors charged me previously. Do yourself a favor and call Garage Door Giant when you need professional grade, hassle-free service. I'll be recommending them to all my neighbors!

Excellent Company from start to finish. They quoted me a very good price and stuck to it. Bryce was kind and very well mannered. My Garage door makes much less sound now. And Bryce lubricated all my doors hinges. Bryce gave me hints on how to cause less stress on all of my garage doors major service parts. I highly recommend this company. They are truly 5 stars. If my springs ever break again I will call Garage Door Giant!

They came out and detected the problem with our garage door quickly. The quote Brett gave us was excellent, almost half of what another company said, and the other company couldn't even tell me what exactly the problem was just that I needed a tune up. Anyway, problem fixed by garage door giants and Brett was great with communicating, on time, and did the job super fast!! Thanks again!

Brett was able to take care of us the same day. Even arrived a half hour earlier than promised. Explained everything in detail what needed to be done and what he recommended. Didn't try sell us anything that was not needed. Brett was fast, professional and knowledgeable. After Brett was done repairing our garage door it ran so smooth that you can't even hear it opening or closing inside the house. I actually never seen my garage door run so smoothly. I highly recommend Garage Door Giant!

Exactly what I wanted. My garage door broke a main spring so I took to Yelp to get a rough idea what to expect. Brett gave me a quick and fair estimate right away! Better than the others that bothered to respond.
Came out the next day, repaired things perfectly, and my garage door is like new with a little extra care by Brett giving some much needed maintenance after years of neglect. Price hit right on the estimate after opting to replace both springs.
Super nice, great service, call them up!
