I don't leave many Yelp reviews but I will when a business does exceptionally well, and my experience with Cityscape was superb. Out of the 4 companies I emailed for a quote, Joe responded to my first email in 50 minutes and was still responding at 9 PM on a Friday to book my job. Another company responded days later to say they don't work on weekends which automatically disqualified them, and the other two never replied. Daniel came out to replace the broken torsion springs and arrived exactly on time, finishing in under an hour, and took the time to answer some questions and sort out an issue I had with the pre existing safety sensors. Overall a 10/10, A++, 5 star experience with professionals that know what they're doing.

I am an average Joe who doesn't know much when it comes to garage door maintenance. The first place I came to was Yelp and search for reviews and quotes. It's been an interesting experience since some quotes I got up in the thousands of dollars for rebalance and grease aka full service.
I decided to use CityScape because the pricing was upfront and none of that "I gotta see...XYZ" My original quote of $159 was for a single car garage door-full service, thinking I needed a rebalance and grease. Jeff came over and looked at my single car door and said my door balance was fine, and said he'd lower this service fee because it only needed to be greased up. So he explained to me thoroughly what lifespan I should expect out of my current garage door motor, and where I could lubricate myself

This is your first stop and done. They helped me on a budget, and I ordered a good quality garage door with warranty that was verified in stock on a Friday and they installed in on the next Monday, how awesome is that! I recommend going with the usual style of your neighborhood and getting the double sided insulation. You can special order anything you want, but I ordered a standard, in stock, in the color I wanted, it is great! Requested quotes for a garage opener motor replacement. Received several initial responses, but CityScape was the only one the answered my submitted details. Had a couple of very quick messages with Joe, the owner, set a fixed price (Lift Master 8550w) and schedule. Dan showed up on time, and about an hour later it was installed. Setup the MyQ app and am now able to check on (open or closed) and operate remotely. The remote has a great range and the motor with belt drive is really quiet compared to the old train driven model. Also like the movement sensor the turns on the lights. Would highly recommend both the Lift Master and CityScape.

They were extremely amazing. Called and immediately scheduled a technician to come in. The technician gave me all of my options without any upsells. Chose to replace my entire garage door unit because my home is aging. Scheduled for them to come back with all of the new parts. They came in, worked fast, and did a fantastic job. The technician was friendly, well spoken, provided all of my options and gave me honest prices. I would recommend them for anyone is my neighborhood that needs help replacing their garage door.

This was our second time using CityScape. The first time we needed some reinforcement on our garage door because someone hit our garage door without any notice. Unfortunately, we were at work while this happened. CityScape was honest and didn't sell us on replacing the whole garage door.
Just recently we had our garage door and motor replaced. They did an excellent job removing our old garage door and installing our new one. I was very pleased with how organized and clean during this process. We are very happy with our choice.
