After buying the home used, the new owner contacted us to update their garage doors from the older and smaller style doors to a new steel insulated two car door. The reasoning for this was not just aesthetic but functional as well. With a wider opening, scraping the sides was no longer an issue. The added insulation also helped the homeowner save money throughout the year as well as cut down on road noise. This customer had two adjacent units on an industrial lot and wanted to easily access both of them.

After drawing up an initial plan and obtaining a permit, we cut an opening in the cinder block wall and installed the frame and door to spec.

After trying to work with her original contractor and getting nowhere, Mindy contacted us to help her build a new deck. She wanted to expand her existing back porch to create a usable entertaining space for her limited back yard. After consulting with the customer we got to work on designing and permitting the project. Once the paver walk way was removed the deck was built and ready to use in under two weeks.
