Based on the stellar Yelp reviews, I decided to call Eastlake plumbing for my falling showerhead. I sent out a message at 930 pm and received a response within 30 minutes, stating that they can come fix the issue in two days. The plumber came earlier than the scheduled, which worked out better for me since I had stuff to do and he immediately went to work. He fixed the issue within an hour and discussed the troubleshooting methods that he used to fix the issue. I was thankful that he did a thorough job by even going up to the attic to look at the pipe from above! Once he was done, he did advise me to call back if the showerhead falls again. I appreciated that he put on protective booties on his shoes before entering my home since some contractors just walk in tracking dirt inside. The plumber was very polite and efficient. Pricing is reasonable. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues as they arise.

Fernando of Eastlake Plumbing did an outstanding job and his customer service was impeccable. He fixed our plugged kitchen drain using a heavy duty snake with a lot of skill - advancing/reversing the snake as needed. I used a snake the previous day and failed. When our water heater and water pressure valve both needed to be replaced, Martin and AJ did a great job switching out both. We found a leak in our family room ceiling. I called them right away and they responded almost immediately with a time they could come to do an estimate and repair. I asked if they could come earlier but they couldn't. However, they said they would contact me if they were available earlier. They notified me that they can come two hours earlier. I was so happy that they accommodated us.
I have hired Eastlake Plumbing before so I know that the are responsive and they do quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

My first encounter with Eastlake Plumbing was during an inspection for a client who was purchasing a home in San Miguel Ranch. These guys were professional, on time, and did a good job of video scoping the pipes and explaining everything to the client.
At home when I was trying to hide TV wires in the wall, I got a little lazy and grabbed a reciprocating saw to get through the drywall. Bad idea. I just nicked a pipe in the wall, and sprung a leak. Eastlake was out there in about an hour and did a good job welding a patch, not adding to the mess, and they charged reasonably.
The next time I tried using them was for clearing out the yard drains. The owner quickly responded, letting me know that they were booked out for about a month for that service. At least I knew up front, and went with a yard drain specialist.
When it's time for more indoor plumbing, Eastlake will be my first (and probably only) call.

I used the Yelp option to post a plumbing issue and several plumbing companies responded right away with quotes. Eastlake plumbing gave me the best quote and went with them. Plus they have a 5 star rating with Yelp, so gotta try them. My issue was a pin hole leak in my pipe which was in the ceiling. I had already exposed the pipe for the plumber. We set a date and time and Junior, the plumber, was on time. He was actually early and I was the one running late, but he waited for me. Junior was friendly and easy to talk to. Junior was very clean and was Following Covid protocol. I would definitely recommend calling Eastlake Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Thanks
