When it comes to growing your business, it helps to have SCPCA in your corner. Membership allows us to stand together, unified, to protect the public health of our customers from pests and other threats that could cause harm or damage. The South Carolina Pest Control Association is a member-funded non-profit organization committed to pest control and the protection of public health, food and property. Our members are pest control professionals - extensively trained specialists who contribute to the health, safety and economic vitality of South Carolina's communities.
One of the purposes of the SCPCA is to monitor and respond to legislative efforts that affect the pest management industry. We accomplish this on two distinctly different fronts that are equally important at the federal and state level. The SCPCA Legislative Committee provides the mechanism for keeping the SCPCA positioned to respond if necessary, and to make certain the association has a clear and distinct voice on these matters. The great relationship we have with the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) gives us access to the legislative activity in Washington, DC through their government affairs efforts and the NPMA Public Policy Committee.
There are five (5) regional Pest Control Associations in South Carolina, plus the CSRA Pest Control Association in Augusta, Georgia. None of these associations are affiliated with the SCPCA or the NPMA. The following information is provided "as available." Please contact SCPCA if you have updates to this information.
