Founded by Dan Matarozzi and Dan Pelsinger in 1986, Matarozzi Pelsinger Builders has evolved from a small construction company into an Employee-owned (ESOP) company. We don't just work for the same company; we own a part of it and share mutually in its success. The ESOP is a bond that keeps us together in a dispersed workforce. It fuels teamwork and creates an atmosphere of collaboration and support. MatPel Family Members work together to get a problem solved. We look to each other for the solutions that will keep the whole organization strong and healthy.
